Returns and cancellations

You may return any product with which you are not entirely satisfied within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt of the product ordered on the www.argatherapy.com website.

If you decide to return a product, it must be unopened and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging.

Returning products by post

  1. Notify customer service of the return/exchange by sending an e-mail to contact@argatherapy.com, specifying your order number – first name – last name – telephone number – item concerned.

  4. Send the tracking slip by e-mail to “contact@argatherapy.com”.

Please note that in the event of an exchange, we will cover all shipping costs.

However, you are responsible for the cost of returning your parcel for exchange or refund.

Refund period

Within the framework of the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you within 14 calendar days following the date on which we were notified of your wish to withdraw. This period may be deferred until the day on which we receive the product(s) returned to the above-mentioned address.

All refunds are made by bank transfer.

Defective products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and think that the product is faulty, please contact us by e-mail contact@argatherapy.com and specify “faulty product” in the subject line.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the product and the order.

If you return a defective product to us (necessarily by post), we will examine the product and notify you of your refund by e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

We will reimburse you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day we confirm by e-mail that we will reimburse you for your defective product.

Products returned in this case will be refunded in full, including delivery and return costs.

Defective products must be returned in accordance with the above return policy.
